Definition：

The canola plant is a bright, yellow-flowering plant in the Brassicaceae family (which also includes cruciferous vegetables like cabbage and broccoli). Rapeseed oil comes from the seeds of the Brassica plant and is known for its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, especially polyunsaturated fatty acids. Nutruoil®High erucic acid rapeseed oil is a speciality rapeseed oil selected for its high content of erucic acid, a key ingredient in nutritious foods, personal care products and pharmaceuticals.

Nutruoil®High erucic rapeseed oil is obtained by cold pressing and refining, or cold pressing only, from the seeds of the Brassicaceae plant in China.
