◆ Nutruoil®MCT Oil
Definition:
MCT is the abbreviation for "Medium-Chain-Triglyceride". These triglycerides contain medium chain fatty acids, of which there are four. On the one hand, these would be capronic acid (C6:0) and lauric acid (C12:0) and on the other hand caprylic acid (C8:0) and capric acid (C10:0). The abbreviation given in brackets indicates how many carbon atoms the fatty acids have and also the number of double bonds. This means that capric acid C10:0, for example, has ten carbon atoms and cannot have double bonds. In particular, the medium chain triglycerides are counted among the saturated fatty acids, which in turn means that none of the fatty acids can have a double bond.
MCT oil is an oil that contains these four medium chain fatty acids. However, capric acid and caprylic acid are an important component of the oil and should be present in the oil together with at least 90 percent. These two fatty acids are responsible for the extraordinary effect of MCT oil. Chemically, MCT oil thus belongs to the group of fatty acid esters. For the Nutruoil®MCT oil from Richtek, this means: a compound between two fractionated fatty acids (caprylic acid and capric acid, C8 and C10) and refined glycerine.
The particularities of Nutruoil®MCT oil:
MCT oil has a weight-reducing effect as it can trigger ketosis. In contrast to the long-chain fatty acids, triglycerides are transported and absorbed differently in the body.
As a rule, the fats are emulsified by the bile salts and then broken down by pancreatic lipase. The resulting fatty acids form micelles and are then absorbed by the intestinal epithelial cells. They rebuild the triglycerides and pack them in chylomicrons so that they can now be transferred from the cells to the lymphatic system. They do not enter the liver at all, but are released into the bloodstream only afterwards.
MCTs, on the other hand, do not require bile acid because they are soluble in aqueous environments. This is due to the fatty acid chain length, which is shorter. In addition, they do not have to be split by an enzyme of the pancreas and bypass the lymphatic system. They are transported directly from the blood to the liver. There they are given priority and ketone bodies are formed. Furthermore, they are not stored in the body, like other fats, but directly used for energy production. This is what makes the MCTs an extraordinary source of energy.
Our source MCT oil:
As everyone knows, MCT oil is a manufactured, concentrated source of MCTs typically derived from coconut oil or palm kernel oil.
Nutruoil®MCT oil from Richtek is often distilled from coconut oil, which is made from the tropical fruit. So we called it is coconut MCT oil or MCT coconut oil. It belongs to the group of saturated fatty acids, is colorless and odorless, and has a neutral taste. That is why it is often called neutral oil. MCT oil has a low viscosity, is heat stable and is even considered a food.

Nutruoil®MCT oil Health Benefits and applications
▶ MCT oil for stomach and intestinal complaints
If you suffer from a disorder of the digestive tract or even pancreatic insufficiency, MCT oil can be used very well as an alternative for dietetic nutrition. This is mainly due to the fact that solubility is better in aqueous environments than in long-chain fatty acids. The easier absorbability also makes MCT oil an excellent remedy for these complaints.
▶ Lose weight with MCT oil
As a rule, MCT oil is used for weight loss. It has several advantages that help you lose weight. MCT oil not only inhibits the formation of body fat, but also stimulates metabolism. In addition, the ketones that form are used for energy production and do not store as fat in the cells, as is the case with carbohydrates.
Furthermore, MCT oil can be used instead of a ketogenic diet. Because it has a similar effect, but the advantage that carbohydrates do not have to be dispensed with. Of course, this should still be reduced in order to increase the effect. As mentioned above, when MCT oil is consumed, the body does not use the carbohydrates to gain energy. In addition, these are then no longer stored as strongly, which in turn reduces the weight.
▶ Increase performance with MCT oil
The brain only functions optimally if it is supplied with enough fatty acids. This means that MCT oil can also affect brain function. It ensures that cognitive processes, as well as memory and performance are improved. However, the brain also depends on an adequate supply of fatty acids for well-being. If it is undernourished, mood and well-being fall. It is therefore particularly important to have a good source of fatty acid, such as MCT oil, so that Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative diseases can also be prevented. This can also be read from Dr. Mary Newport in a self-experiment with coconut oil. Her husband had Alzheimer's disease and the disease could be significantly improved with coconut oil (due to the important fatty acids).
▶ Protecting the cardiovascular system with MCT oil
The cardiovascular system also benefits from the valuable MCT oil. Because it is precisely the secondary diseases of overweight people that cannot be dismissed. Due to the excessive weight, too much body fat is still present, the organs are negatively affected and diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attacks and strokes are not uncommon. Even arteriosclerosis can be prevented with the MCT oil if weight is reduced and the diet changed. Those who reduce their weight with MCT oil can prevent these diseases and also keep the organs healthy accordingly and thus support cardiovascular health.
▶ MCT oil acts antibacterial and antiviral
The triglycerides, especially caprylic acid contained in MCT oil, are excellent for fungal diseases such as Candida albicans, as they have an antifungal effect. However, lauric acid, which is present only to a small extent in MCT oil, can also fight pathogens. It splits into monolaurin in the body and can thus penetrate the protective cover of the pathogens and fight them from the inside out.
Thus, with the exceptional MCT oil not only the intestinal flora can be kept in balance, but the whole body and organism benefits from it. The medium chain fatty acids are also responsible for supporting good bacterial strains and thus restoring balance. In addition, studies have also found that medium-chain fatty acids can act much more effectively against viruses and pathogens than long-chain fatty acids. Thus, meningitis, urinary tract infections and pneumonia can be prevented if the MCT oil is consumed regularly. By the way, MCT oil is also often used as a "carrier oil" for CBD oil and cannabis oil.
You can add MCT oil to many foods and drinks. Most commonly, you’ll find it in Smoothies, Salad dressing, Coffee. Because most MCT oil has a low burning point, it’s not a good idea to fry things with it.
The amount you should take depends on how well you tolerate it, and what benefit you’re trying to get. The most you should have in a day is around 4 to 7 tablespoons. Ideally, you should spread those tablespoons out throughout the day.
How to Use
The advantages of Nutruoil®MCT oil
● 100% from coconut oil ● Non palm ● Organic certified available. ● 100% Made in China ● Sustainable supplying.
○
Why Nutruoil®MCT oil organic available
Being organic depends on raw materials, processing and transport of the oil. We can use organic coconut oil to produce organic MCT oil.100% the whole traceability. Organic transaction certificate /COI can be issued.
But there is no organic palm oil available in the market, so organic mct oil from palm is unavailable. And if a oil is obtained from palm, it need to get the relevant certification according to the RSPO standards for sustainable palm cultivation.
